Can we return products?
You can return products to us within 14 days. Only if the product is unopened and unused with proof of purchase. You will then get the purchase amount of the product back or you may exchange it.
You can no longer return daily fresh or frozen products to us. Even if the purchase time has only passed 1 hour. We do not know under what circumstances the product took place. For example, the product may be left in a hot car for too long, causing the product to thaw or ripen even more.
Do you deliver products?
Unfortunately we do not deliver goods. We can, however, put your products in the store for you to pick them up later.
Do you sell gift cards?
We sell gift cards with fixed amounts of €10 and €25. For more information click here!
